Teacher & Student Regulations
Online Classes:
1-Students must be online 5 minutes before the agreed time and ready for class.
2-The tutor contact the scholar and, if the scholar doesn’t answer, the tutor will remain within the class for quarter-hour only. By then, if the scholar doesn’t answer, it’ll be considered an unexcused absence for that lesson.
3-The class will end at its scheduled time even if the scholar is late.
4-Just in case the scholar isn’t ready to get in touch with the teacher, the scholar should contact the support team immediately.
Absences and Missed Lessons:
1- The student must contact the support team at least 12 hours in advance to avoid unattended lesson to be counted if they are going to miss a class or would like to reschedule.
2. The student is allowed 20 days of absence from classes per year and these may be rescheduled.
3. If the student misses a class without any reason or without notifying the support (giving the above-mentioned notice period) it will be considered an Unexcused Absence. Unexcused Absences may not be rescheduled. If the tutor is absent and student waited for quarter hour only, the class will be rescheduled at the time that’s suitable with both scholar and tutor.
Holidays:
1-Last 10 days of Ramadan – Some tutors will have holidays between 5 to 10 days; if this affects you we will inform you in advance.
2-EiD holidays will be from 4-5 Days off.
3-Other Holidays – Classes will resume on its regular timings throughout any other non-Islamic holidays. In case the student needs any other holiday days off from classes, he/she must contact the support in advance by enough notice to be able to reschedule these lessons.
Payments:
1- After finishing free trial lessons, student is requested to pay full course fees to proceed In sha allah.
2- If a student is unable to make a payment on time in a timely manner, he/she should immediately contact us by email: coursesbites@gmail.com immediately to make arrangements.
3- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Your details will only be stored by the Merchant Bank which processes card payments.
Student Information and Privacy:
1.Each student and instructor’s privacy is extremely important to us. The administration team won’t share any personal information aside from the mandatory information that the instructors require.
2.The scholar must keep the administration completely updated with contact information like mobile number, City or country, email, Skype and Zoom ID.
3.The student understands that each lesson are going to be recorded so they can playback their lessons again for revision. Also, Our Quality assurance team may monitor some lessons to confirm the standard of our lessons.
Complaints Policy:
1-The scholar must contact support immediately if He/she is not satisfied with the tutor or the course tools or teaching style.
2.All complaints or suggestions from our students are taken into consideration extremely and we will do our best to solve them Asap. It might take up to 72 hrs to resolve any issues for students depending on content covered within the lesson.
Refund Policy:
1-If the student requested cancellation by formal email within 5 days from the day of sign up, he/she will receive a 100% refund Money back guarantee.
2-After 5 days from sign up, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation
