If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us via a formal email sent to:

or through our Contact Us page.Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be sent before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
π° Refund Policy
If a student decides to cancel within 5 days of their first paid subscription, they are eligible for a 100% refund (money-back guarantee).
After 5 days from the first payment, no refunds will be issued for the current month or any future months.
Refunds are not applicable to missed or unexcused classes.
β³ Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
For PayPal, Wise, or bank transfers, exact timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
π Rescheduling vs. Refund
If you’re unable to continue for a short period, we recommend rescheduling classes instead of cancelling. Just contact our support team and weβll assist you with that.
