Course Regulation

Welcome to Courses Bites! To ensure the best experience for students and tutors, please follow the guidelines below. These rules apply to all online classes, payments, absences, and communication.


πŸ’» Online Classes

  1. Students must join the class 5 minutes before the scheduled time, fully prepared.

  2. Classes are held via Zoom or Google Meet, and cameras must remain ON during the session.

  3. If the student doesn’t answer the call, the tutor will wait 15 minutes. If the student doesn’t show up in that time, the class will be marked as Unexcused Absence.

  4. If the student is late, the class will still end at the original scheduled time.

  5. If there are any connection issues or delays, the student should contact support immediately.


⏱ Absences & Missed Lessons

  1. To reschedule a class, the student must contact the support team at least 12 hours in advance.

  2. If a class is missed without notice, it will be marked as an Unexcused Absence and cannot be rescheduled.

  3. If the tutor misses the class and the student waited 15 minutes, the session will be rescheduled at a time suitable for both.


πŸ“… Holidays

  1. Students may take personal days off by informing support in advance.

  2. Tutors may take time off during the last 10 days of Ramadan and for Eid holidays (4–5 days). Students will be informed beforehand.

  3. Classes continue during other holidays unless a student requests otherwise and notifies support ahead of time.


πŸ’³ Payments (Monthly Subscription)

  1. After the free trial, students are required to subscribe to a monthly payment plan to continue.

  2. Payments must be made before the start of each new month.

  3. If a student cannot pay on time, they must contact support immediately at coursesbites@gmail.com to avoid disruption.

  4. Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Online invoice via bank payment gateway

    • PayPal

    • Wise

    • Payoneer

    • Western Union (USD cash pickup)

    • Local bank transfer

  5. We do not store any credit card information or share customer details with third parties. All transactions are processed securely.


πŸ” Privacy & Class Recordings

  1. We take student and tutor privacy seriously. Personal data is only used for class coordination.

  2. Students must keep contact details updated (phone, country, email, Zoom ID, etc).

  3. All classes may be recorded for revision or quality monitoring purposes.


πŸ™‹ Complaints & Support

  1. If a student is unhappy with a class, teacher, or materials, they should contact support immediately.

  2. Complaints will be handled with care and usually resolved within 72 hours.
